Liaison with all Consultants Required for Projects
We manage communication with the consultants involved in your project, providing a clear direction and ensuring coordination and efficiency.
Project Advice & Ongoing Support
Continuing into the construction phase, we provide yourselves and others involved in the project direction, advice and support as required.
Process
We begin by meeting or communicating to discuss your project brief, identifying feasibility, potential constraints, and the scope of OSSA’s services. From this, a tailored fee proposal is prepared.
Following engagement, a site visit is arranged to analyse the site and existing conditions, along with the engagement of any required consultants at this stage. The existing conditions are documented, and an initial conceptual design is developed for review and discussion. This concept is refined through feedback until a set of drawings is ready for submission as part of the planning application.
Once the advertised planning period commences, additional consultants such as a structural engineer, energy assessor, and building surveyor are typically engaged. OSSA then progresses the project documentation with further technical detail to support building and plumbing approval applications.
Once these approvals are received, OSSA’s formal engagement is complete, though we continue to provide support and advice as your project moves into construction.

We prefer to provide a tailored fee proposal specific to your project. This outlines OSSA’s design and documentation fees, along with an estimated range for any required consultant services.
